Empowering Our Communities Through Technology and Service

Our commitment to service extends far beyond business. We’ve been corporate sponsors of the United Way for nearly two decades and have continuously supported youth development through programs like Buddy Ball and multiple school adoption initiatives. We’re also long-time sponsors of the Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Office Senior Expo, having supported the event since its inception. Additionally, we have hosted numerous cybersecurity classes for businesses and community leaders—empowering organizations to stay protected in today’s ever-changing digital landscape. Community involvement is deeply embedded in our identity. We’ve proudly maintained active membership in the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce since our founding, as well as the Monroe, Shreveport, and Union Chambers of Commerce. Across all our locations, we’ve sponsored numerous local events—strengthening ties and investing in the growth of the places we call home.

Building Connections

We believe that technology is most powerful when it brings people together. Our commitment to building connections goes beyond IT solutions—we actively partner with local businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders to create opportunities that strengthen relationships and foster growth. Every handshake, every collaboration, and every shared goal helps us make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

Volunteerism

Our greatest asset is our people—and their time. That's why every HiTech employee receives 24 hours of paid volunteer time annually to support causes they care about. Whether it's teaching digital skills, mentoring students, or serving local nonprofits, we empower our team to make a difference.
